We had a great time meeting up with Sarah and Anthony for a family portrait shoot before they are to be married at Kilhey Court Hotel, Standish. Although the rain constantly drizzled it certainly didn’t dampen their spirits and we all had a lot of fun.

We have a short slideshow of some of our favourite pictures from the afternoon. Very excited and looking forward to photographing Sarah and Anthony’s big day!

Amanda & Richard’s Wedding at Mitton Hall, Whalley

Amanda and Richard’s wedding was a joyful day. The ceremony and reception took place at Mitton Hall in Whalley, one of our favourite wedding venues. Amanda was relaxed and calm while getting ready (Richard, on the other hand shall we say looked less calm!) and the morning was bright and sunny as the guests were arriving. The atmosphere was just fantastic.

We photographed the fabulous wedding of Kate and Will at Stanley House on a crisp and dry day in February. The atmosphere of the whole day was anything but cold but warm and inviting as family and friends gathered to see this lovely couple get wed.

The lush decor of the Stanley House Hotel and the beautiful surrounding made this intimate wedding so enjoyable. Kate and Will couldn’t stop smiling all day and they were such a delight to photograph we had to get them out in the cold to get some special photographs for them. We think the pictures we captured speak volumes about Kate and Will’s very special day and our thanks and congratulations go to them both.

Richard + Amanda Pre-wedding Shoot At Worden Park, Preston

We don’t say it often but we LOVE taking great pictures of our couples before their wedding day. We take pictures even when it’s a cold February morning like the day at Worden Park, Preston with the ever so lovely Amanda and Richard who are SO loved up, friendly and fun that none of us cared about the freezing temperatures…OK this is not strictly true…we did eventually stop having fun when we were all turning blue…but the result of our morning was some great pictures and we look forward to shooting the wedding of Richard and Amanda very soon.

Victoria + Robert wedding at Stanley House Hotel – part one

Yes, we’re lucky photographing beautiful brides and handsome grooms and photographing this wedding was no exception. Victoria and Rob are such a gorgeous couple and were married at the lovely St. John’s church, in Worsthorne, with the following reception at the stunning Stanley House Hotel in Mellor.

The wedding of Victoria and Rob commenced on a crisp and beautiful day in December. Victoria was getting ready at home in the morning and she had hoped for a fairy tale white wonderland wedding day. Well, of course her wish came true and full of excitement for the day ahead, it started snowing. It was a wonderful sight and a sign that this was gong to be the start of a truly perfect day!

The whole day was fantastic, filled with fun and lots of sing-a-longs and it certainly was a genuinely warm atmosphere enjoyed by all who were there.

This is how we tell a beautiful story… not in words but through our pictures! Here are a few pictures showing some of the highlights from the day.

Last weekend on a wonderful winter’s day, we had chance to photograph Vicky and Rob before their big day. These guy’s are a real joy and we had a lot of fun photographing them around the grounds of Towneley Hall. Vicky and Rob make a gorgeous couple so we can’t wait to photograph their wedding day at Stanley House later in December.
